Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is drafted in accordance with the requirements of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and establishes the procedures for processing personal data and the measures adopted by Go Global L.L.C-FZ (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to ensure the security of personal data.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data as a fundamental objective and condition of its activity, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family confidentiality.

1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://goglobal-uae.com.

2. Key Terms

2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computing or digital means.

2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except when processing is required for clarification).

2.3. Website — a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as software and databases, available on the Internet at https://goglobal-uae.com.

2.4. Personal data information system — a set of databases containing personal data and information technologies enabling their processing.

2.5. Anonymization of personal data — actions that make it impossible to identify a specific data subject without additional information.

2.6. Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions performed with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

2.7. Operator — a state or municipal authority, legal or natural person who independently or jointly with others organizes and/or performs the processing of personal data and determines the purposes and scope of such processing.

2.8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable user of the website https://goglobal-uae.com.

2.9. Personal data permitted for dissemination — personal data made publicly accessible by the data subject through consent as per UAE data protection law.

2.10. User — any visitor of the website https://goglobal-uae.com.

2.11. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a defined circle of persons.

2.12. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons, including publication, posting on telecommunication networks, or otherwise providing access.

2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, a foreign authority, or a foreign individual/legal entity.

2.14. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irreversible deletion of personal data from information systems and/or the destruction of physical data carriers.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Operator

3.1. The Operator has the right to:

  • Receive accurate information and/or documents containing personal data from the data subject;
  • Continue processing personal data after the withdrawal of consent if permitted under UAE law;
  • Independently determine the composition and scope of measures required to ensure compliance with UAE data protection legislation.

3.2. The Operator is obliged to:

  • Provide the data subject, upon request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data;
  • Organize personal data processing in accordance with UAE legislation;
  • Respond to requests and inquiries from data subjects and their authorized representatives;
  • Provide the competent data protection authority with requested information within 10 days of receiving such request;
  • Publish or otherwise provide unrestricted access to this Policy;
  • Implement legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, or dissemination;
  • Cease processing and destroy personal data when required by law;
  • Fulfill other obligations established by UAE law.

4. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects

4.1. Data subjects have the right to:

  • Obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided by law;
  • Request correction, blocking, or deletion of inaccurate, outdated, or unlawfully obtained personal data;
  • Require prior consent for processing their data for marketing purposes;
  • Withdraw their consent to personal data processing;
  • Lodge complaints with the competent data protection authority or courts regarding unlawful actions or omissions of the Operator;
  • Exercise other rights provided by UAE law.

4.2. Data subjects are obliged to:

  • Provide accurate personal information to the Operator;
  • Notify the Operator of any changes or updates to their personal data.

4.3. Persons providing false information or information about others without consent bear responsibility under UAE law.

5. Principles of Personal Data Processing

5.1. Processing shall be lawful and fair.

5.2. Processing shall be limited to specific, legitimate purposes known in advance.

5.3. Databases with incompatible purposes shall not be merged.

5.4. Only data necessary for stated purposes shall be processed.

5.5. The scope of processed data must correspond to the declared purposes and not be excessive.

5.6. The Operator ensures accuracy and relevance of data and updates or deletes inaccurate data as necessary.

5.7. Personal data shall not be stored longer than required for processing purposes. Upon achieving such purposes or when data is no longer needed, it shall be deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.

6. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

  • Communication with Users via emails, messages, or phone calls.
  • Personal data processed: full name, country, age, email address, phone number.
  • Legal grounds: Charter (constitutional documents) of the Operator, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
  • Types of processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, anonymization.
  • Sending informational emails to the User’s address.

7. Conditions for Personal Data Processing

Processing of personal data is based on consent from the data subject or when required to fulfill legal or contractual obligations, or to pursue legitimate interests of the Operator without violating the rights of the data subject.

8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing

The Operator ensures the security of personal data through legal, organizational, and technical measures in accordance with UAE law.

8.1. The Operator ensures confidentiality and protection against unauthorized access.

8.2. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties except as required by UAE law or with the data subject’s consent.

8.3. The User may update personal data by sending an email to admin@goglobal-uae.com with the subject “Personal Data Update”.

8.4. Data shall be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing unless otherwise required by law. Users may withdraw consent by emailing admin@goglobal-uae.com with the subject “Withdrawal of Consent”.

8.5. Information collected by third-party services (e.g., payment systems, communication providers) is stored under their privacy policies. The Operator is not responsible for their actions.

8.6. Restrictions set by the data subject do not apply where data is processed in public or state interests under UAE law.

8.7. The Operator ensures confidentiality during processing.

8.8. Personal data is stored no longer than required for the stated purposes.

8.9. Processing terminates upon achieving its purpose, withdrawal of consent, or discovery of unlawful processing.

9. List of Actions Performed with Personal Data

The Operator collects, records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, updates, retrieves, uses, transfers, anonymizes, blocks, deletes, and destroys personal data. Automated and non-automated processing may be used.

10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

10.1. The Operator must notify the competent authority before initiating cross-border data transfer.

10.2. The Operator must obtain assurances from foreign recipients regarding adequate data protection before transfer.

11. Confidentiality of Personal Data

The Operator and any person granted access to personal data must not disclose or distribute such data to third parties without consent unless required by UAE law.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. Users may request clarifications on any questions related to personal data processing by emailing admin@goglobal-uae.com.

12.2. Any amendments to this Policy shall be reflected in a new version. The Policy remains valid indefinitely until replaced.
