User Agreement

Preamble

Go Global reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with such amendments taking effect immediately unless otherwise stated. By continuing to use the website after amendments are made, the visitor confirms agreement to comply with the updated terms. To avoid disputes regarding amendments, Go Global recommends that Users periodically review the contents of this page. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must discontinue using the website; in this case, the previous version of the Agreement shall continue to apply to any Information previously obtained by you.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Go Global L.L.C-FZ – a company managed by Ms. Snezhana Nikolskaya providing consulting services for the selection of educational institutions abroad.

1.2. Applicant – a User who has requested a Consultation and/or Services from Go Global by completing the relevant application forms or by contacting Go Global directly through the contacts listed on the Website.

1.3. Information – all information published on the Website as well as information provided during personal Consultations and/or Services.

1.4. Consultations – any comments, advice, or recommendations provided by Go Global and/or on behalf of Go Global (including, but not limited to) via telephone, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, Viber, Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte, or personal meetings.

1.5. Website – the internet website located at https://goglobal-uae.com/, owned by Go Global, representing a complex intellectual property object consisting of software, databases, graphic content, and other materials combined to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.

1.6. User – a visitor to the Website.

1.7. Services – personalized informational and consulting services provided by Go Global for the selection of educational institutions. These services may be rendered under a personal agreement concluded with the Applicant.

2. General Provisions

2.1. This User Agreement constitutes a public offer (hereinafter – “Agreement”) made by Go Global, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, and contains an offer to enter into an agreement with each User to govern:

• the procedure for electronic interaction between Go Global and the User regarding the provision of services under this Agreement;
• the rules for using the Website by the User.

2.2. Acceptance of this offer, in accordance with common practice for providing remote services via the Internet, includes:

• any User actions related to the use of the Website, including the first opening of any page of the Website in a browser on any device;
• submitting a request for a free Consultation (or other services) by completing the respective form on the Website and checking the acceptance box of this Agreement;
• submitting a request for paid Services through the Website and checking the acceptance box of this Agreement.

Acceptance of this User Agreement confirms that the User has fully familiarized themselves with its terms and acknowledges the Website’s suitability for the intended use.

2.3.–2.7. Provisions from the previous version of the Agreement concerning non-exclusive use of Information, the advisory nature of Consultations and Services, and the User’s responsibility remain in force and apply to all Users.

3. Website Usage Rules

3.1.–3.5. The provisions of the previous version of the Agreement regulating intellectual property rights, the comments policy, restrictions on the use of Website content, and user obligations remain in force. Users shall:

• respect intellectual property rights to all materials posted on the Website;
• refrain from posting unlawful, offensive, or misleading information;
• use the Website only for lawful purposes related to obtaining Information and Services from Go Global.

4. Application Processing Procedure

4.1. To select educational institutions and accommodation for the study period, the User fills out a special application form on the Website. After submission, Go Global contacts the User to clarify details (hereinafter – the “Application Form”). If the User applies in another manner (through the support service or via contacts listed on the Website), the application shall be considered properly received only after completion of the required data in the Application Form.

4.2. When completing the Application Form, the User provides the following details:

• full name of the applicant;
• age of the minor (if the program is for a minor);
• contact information (email, phone number, or messenger contact).

4.3. Upon receiving the Application Form, Go Global contacts the Applicant to clarify information about study options and other relevant questions to select the optimal options for the Applicant.

4.4. Go Global communicates with the Applicant remotely through the Internet, including messengers and/or email specified in the Application Form. Go Global ensures the protection of the Applicant’s personal data according to its Privacy Policy available at https://goglobal-uae.com/privacy.

4.5. The validity of the Information provided by Go Global remains effective for the period specified in the response from the respective third party — the educational organization and/or the housing provider. Go Global is not responsible for the expiration or modification of offers by third parties, as such matters are outside Go Global’s control.

4.6. After confirming the User’s preferences, Go Global enters into an agreement with the Applicant to prepare educational options. Upon confirmation of the selected programs, Go Global provides all necessary information to the User for direct contract signing with the chosen educational institution and/or accommodation provider.

4.7. After receiving educational and accommodation options, the Applicant independently performs the following actions:

• signing the education and accommodation agreements directly with the respective parties and paying for the services in accordance with their policies;
• applying for a visa in their country of residence;
• purchasing airline tickets for travel abroad.

4.8. Go Global reserves the right to refuse consideration of an application in the following cases:

• if, in a previous application, the User violated the rights of third parties (educational organizations or landlords);
• if the User violated the rights or reputation of Go Global, including non-compliance with this Agreement or separate service contracts.

Go Global shall notify the User of a refusal to process the application within five (5) business days of receiving it.

5. Liability

5.1. Go Global shall not be responsible for visits to or use of external resources linked on the Website, in Consultations, or in Services. The User accesses such links at their own discretion and risk.

5.2. Go Global shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expenses incurred by the User related to any Information, Consultations, or Services provided.

5.3. The User agrees to indemnify and hold Go Global harmless from any liability, claims, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• violation of this Agreement by the User;
• misuse of the Website or Information;
• misinterpretation of the provided Information.

5.4. The Information published on the Website and provided during Consultations or Services is offered “as is,” in accordance with international commercial practice.

5.5. Go Global takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Information but shall not be responsible for the actions or inactions of third parties that may affect the accuracy or reliability of such Information.

5.6. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms that any contracts entered into based on Information from the Website, Consultations, or Services (including agreements with schools, universities, housing providers, hotels, insurers, and others) establish legal relationships directly between the User and the respective third parties. Go Global shall not be held jointly or severally liable for any breach by such third parties.

5.7. The User acknowledges that Go Global bears no responsibility (including for the life and health) of minors sent abroad based on Information, Consultations, or Services provided.

5.8. The User may not demand any modification of Website content or functionality. Go Global does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website operation and shall not be liable for any technical failures or downtime.

6. Personal Information

6.1. By providing their personal data to Go Global, the User consents to its processing in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2022 “On Personal Data Protection.”

6.2. Go Global undertakes to use the provided personal data solely for the purpose for which it was submitted.

6.3. Go Global undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties except where required by law or necessary to resolve the related matter.
