FAQ

From what level can I start?
Any level. Before enrollment, we run an online test and a short interview to determine your level (from Beginner A1 to Advanced C1/C2) and place you in the right group. Based on progress tests, you can be moved up to a higher level.
What documents do I need for the trip?
Typically: a valid international passport (at least 6 months before expiry), proof of enrollment/invoice from the school, medical insurance for the study period, a visa (tourist or student — depends on nationality and course length), flight tickets, and proof of accommodation. We’ll send the exact list after booking.
Can I work while studying?
For short courses on a tourist visa, you cannot work. With a student visa, part‑time work is possible only with special permission and in accordance with emirate rules (e.g., on campus or in accredited companies). Current conditions depend on your status and course duration.
Are there discounts for long‑term courses?
Yes. We offer reduced pricing for studies of 8–12 weeks, early‑booking deals, group offers and seasonal discounts. There may also be bonuses like free extra classes. Ask your manager about current promotions for your dates.
